- Luzerne County – Briar Creek, Conyngham, Hunlock, Newport, Plymouth, Salem, and Union Townships as well as Berwick, Briar Creek, Nescopeck, and Shickshinny Boroughs
- Northumberland County – Delaware Township and Watsontown Borough
- Lackawanna County – Jermyn and Mayfield Boroughs
