Comcast technicians from Pennsylvania and Ohio volunteer for Hurricane Harvey disaster restoration

Today, five Comcast technicians based in Beaver Falls and Williamsport, Pennsylvania and Brookside and Wintersville, Ohio were deployed to assist Comcast’s Storm Response Team in Houston, Texas.
They were chosen from among 40 Comcast technicians in Pennsylvania and Ohio who volunteered to help restore internet, tv and phone service for Comcast customers impacted by Hurricane Harvey.
Comcast’s Hurricane Harvey Storm Response Team is comprised of 77 technicians and eight supervisors from throughout the country who have been selected to assist with disaster restoration. They anticipate working in Houston for at least three weeks.
